Engaging Girls

Girls need:

• to know about the full range of career opportunities available to them, made available in an accessible and realistic way that builds their confidence and encourages them to feel they could have a place in the industries
• opportunities to experience hands on engineering or construction and technical ICT in supportive environments
• opportunities to meet real women engineers and to see them in the workplace to understand what their jobs entail
• to visit workplaces/ sites to understand and to give them a realistic view of the industries
• groupwork sessions to girls in schools – we can visit your school and provide careers talks on opportunities in the industries.
